Product Advantages
• Ultra-low emission and high cleanliness: Adopting a multi-layer composite filter material structure, it ensures the oil content in exhaust gas is controlled within ≤3 ppm. It effectively protects downstream refrigerated dryers, precision filters and other equipment from oil contamination.
• Extremely low resistance and energy saving: The optimized folding or winding process greatly increases the effective filtration area. Its initial pressure differential (≤0.02 MPa) is extremely low, which can significantly reduce the operating power consumption of the air compressor and avoid electric energy waste caused by high filter element resistance.
• Patented anti-static design: Aiming at the friction of high-speed airflow inside the air compressor, the filter element is equipped with highly conductive static grounding pins/conductive sheets. It can timely discharge accumulated static charges and completely eliminate oil-gas explosion or internal burnout accidents of the filter element caused by static sparks.
• Robust frame with pressure and impact resistance: The supporting frame is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant thickened perforated steel plate bonded with high-strength adhesive. Even under instantaneous high-pressure impact or frequent system loading and unloading, the filter element structure remains stable without deformation, delamination or breakdown.

The operating condition of the oil separator core directly affects the exhaust quality and energy consumption of the air compressor. During daily operation, the operating pressure difference and operating time should be closely monitored: • Pressure difference monitoring (primary basis for replacement): ◦ The initial pressure difference of a normal new filter element is usually 0.015 ~ 0.02 MPa (0.15 ~ 0.2 bar). ◦ The system will send an early warning when the pressure difference shown on the control panel reaches 0.11 ~ 0.12 MPa. ◦ The unit must be shut down immediately for replacement when the pressure difference hits 0.15 MPa (1.5 bar). Exceeding this limit may cause the filter element to collapse or rupture under high pressure, allowing lubricating oil to flow directly into the downstream pipeline and resulting in a severe oil-carrying fault in the exhaust.
