P525191 is an industrial coalescing air oil separator element. 1. Multi-Layer Coalescing Filtration Technology (Coalescing Media)

It adopts Donaldson's specially made continuous multi-layer high-density glass fiber. When compressed air containing a large amount of oil mist passes through, tiny oil droplets (0.1~1μm) will be captured and merged into large oil droplets, which sink to the bottom of the filter element under the action of gravity to achieve ultra-efficient liquid-gas separation.

2. Extremely Low Operating Resistance (Low Initial Pressure Drop)

The precisely optimized porosity of the filter media keeps the resistance (pressure drop) when compressed air passes through at an extremely low level (usually ≤ 0.02 MPa). This can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the air compressor and save a large amount of electricity costs for factory operation every year.

Under normal rated working conditions, the residual oil content of the compressed air after separation can be strictly controlled within 1 ~ 3 ppm.
