The 22402317 industrial-grade oil-gas separator filter element is a high-efficiency purification component specially designed for large mobile screw air compressors. It is commonly used in high-air-volume units of Bobcat and Doosan. Adopting advanced multi-layer physical interception technology, it thoroughly separates and recovers lubricating oil mist from compressed air. This product can guarantee the purity of gas supply equipment at the rear end, and significantly reduce the lubricating oil consumption and operating costs of the air compressor.
Core Product Advantages
• Ultra-high Separation Efficiency: Adopts complex coagulation graded filtration with a filtration efficiency of over 99%. The oil content of discharged compressed air can be controlled at an extremely low level (typically less than 3 ppm).
• Low Pressure Drop and High Energy Saving: Carefully selected highly air-permeable filter media deliver an extremely low initial saturated pressure drop. While maintaining separation performance, energy consumption is minimized and the overall operating efficiency of the unit is improved.
• Robust Pressure-resistant Structure: Both inner and outer frameworks are made of anti-corrosion galvanized carbon steel with high compressive strength. The structure stays free of deformation and penetration even under heavy-load working conditions with frequent pressure fluctuations.
• Long Service Life: Under standard working conditions and proper maintenance, the designed service life can reach 2500 - 3000 hours, effectively extending the maintenance interval of the equipment.

Maintenance & Replacement
•Regular replacement: Under standard operating conditions, the design service life is 2500 - 3000 hours. Do not use it beyond its service life. Even if the hour threshold is not reached, replacement is recommended after 1 year of use. • Pressure drop monitoring: Closely monitor the pressure drop across the separator on the control panel during routine inspections. When the pressure drop reaches 0.08 - 0.11 MPa (approximately 12 - 15 psi), it indicates that the filter element is severely clogged and must be replaced immediately. Failure to do so will lead to a sharp rise in energy consumption or even filter element breakdown.
