DC3280 is a high-efficiency oil-gas separator element designed specifically for screw air compressors. Adopting advanced European separation technology and high-density glass fiber filter media, it is installed at the exhaust end of the air compressor to condense, intercept and centrally recover mist-like oil droplets in compressed air. Its core value lies in reducing the lubricating oil consumption of the air compressor and supplying high-cleanliness, oil-free and high-quality compressed air to the downstream gas-using side.
Core Advantages and Features
• Ultra-high Separation Efficiency: Adopts multi-layer composite microfiber filter media with an oil-gas separation efficiency of up to 99.999%, which can effectively capture submicron oil mist particles.
• Extremely Low Residual Oil Content: The oil content in the filtered finished compressed air is strictly controlled below 3 ppm (μg/m³) to protect downstream precision equipment and pipelines.
• Low Pressure Drop Design: The optimized flow channel structure delivers extremely low initial resistance (pressure drop), which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the air compressor and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
• Robust Mechanical Structure: The frame is stamped from high-strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel or galvanized sheet, offering excellent pressure difference resistance and preventing the filter element from collapsing or bursting under extreme working conditions.
• Safe Anti-static Performance: Equipped with conductive sheets or grounding studs as standard, ensuring static electricity generated by friction under high-speed airflow can be conducted away in a timely manner and eliminating the risk of air explosion caused by internal sparks.

Maintenance & Replacement
Regular differential pressure monitoring: When the differential pressure before and after the oil separator core reaches 0.08 - 0.1 MPa (approximately 0.8 - 1.0 bar), it must be replaced immediately without delay. • Mandatory replacement upon expiry: Under standard operating conditions, its service life is 4000 - 6000 hours. Even if the differential pressure has not reached the upper limit, it shall be replaced in a timely manner once the designed service time is reached to prevent severe oil leakage caused by aging and damage of the filter material. • Preventive replacement: If the oil accumulation in downstream pipelines and air storage tanks increases significantly, or the oil consumption of the air compressor is abnormal, shut down the machine for inspection or replace the oil separator core even if the replacement cycle has not been reached.
