DB2199 is an internal flange-type oil-gas separator filter element specially designed for industrial screw air compressors. Its core function is to efficiently separate and recover lubricating oil mist in the exhaust gas during the air compression process of the air compressor, so as to supply clean, oil-free (oil residual ≤ 3ppm) high-quality compressed air for downstream factory equipment.

• Efficient Oil-Gas Separation: Adopts imported high-quality micro-glass fiber composite filter media to ensure oil droplets in the air are accurately intercepted, coalesced and returned.
• Low Pressure Drop & Energy Saving: Features an extremely low initial operating pressure difference, which can effectively reduce the power loss of the air compressor main unit and cut the factory's electricity costs.
• Safe Explosion-Proof Design: Built-in static conduction device can timely discharge static electricity generated by airflow friction to prevent fire or explosion inside the oil-gas separator tank.
• Industrial-Grade Durability: All metal support frames are specially treated for corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 120°C and complex oil-gas working conditions, with a designed service life of 3000–4000 hours.

Maintenance & Replacement
•Design life: Typically 3000 to 4000 hours under normal operating conditions (depending on intake air environmental quality, the quality of the air compressor lubricating oil used, and the unit operating temperature). • Replacement signal: Immediate replacement is required when the air compressor panel indicates a differential pressure of 0.8–1.0 bar, or when the oil content in the downstream compressed air rises significantly and oil consumption increases abnormally, to prevent filter element collapse or motor overload.
